Inside the code of luxury travel.
A premium professional programme for those who want to enter, specialise in or grow within luxury travel.
Two clear starting points: a complete path for newcomers, and a focused luxury specialisation for those with existing experience.
Luxury travel is not a more expensive version of ordinary travel. It is a different way of thinking.
The best luxury travel professionals do not simply book hotels. They read between the lines, understand status and privacy, know how to ask better questions, and build trust before they ever make a recommendation.
Most people learn how to book travel. We teach how to become trusted.
High-net-worth clients are not looking for someone who simply knows beautiful hotels. They are looking for someone who understands them.
Luxury clients don’t simply choose hotels. They choose the feeling that everything will be handled.
The best itineraries are built around people, not destinations.
Your network is your greatest luxury asset.
Luxury is not about price. It’s about perception.
The smallest details create the biggest memories.
The Unwritten Rules is built around two entry points: the Complete Professional Path for newcomers, and Luxury Travel Specialisation for those who already have relevant experience.
A core part of the programme is dedicated to client, market and positioning strategy: understanding who your ideal client is, where to find them, how to build trust and how to recognise true luxury readiness.
This programme is not built from theory. It is built from real industry experience: client situations, supplier communication, hotel selection, itinerary decisions, pricing logic and service challenges.
The essential base of the travel profession: flights, hotels, visas, transfers, routes, documents, suppliers, quotations, client communication and the details where costly mistakes often happen.
Luxury client psychology, communication, service standards, HNWI expectations, privacy, status and trust — including the difference between expensive travel and true luxury.
How luxury is perceived differently across markets and client backgrounds — and how to adapt your language, recommendations and service style.
How exceptional journeys are created through destination knowledge, hotels, experiences, pacing, personalisation and emotional logic.
Pricing, commissions, supplier relationships, sales, positioning, workflows and the practical logic behind a premium travel service.
How to define your ideal client, choose your strongest market, attract the right clients, build trust, use referrals and grow VIP relationships.
How to stay calm and professional with demanding clients, urgent requests and high expectations — including boundaries, stress management and sustainable work habits.
Imagine inspecting a boutique hotel before recommending it to a client. Meeting hotel General Managers, DMC founders and destination specialists. Attending luxury travel events where relationships are built long before a booking is made.
This does not happen on day one. But it becomes possible when you become part of the industry, build knowledge, earn trust and develop the standards expected of luxury travel professionals.
You don’t need to already know every hotel, supplier or destination. You don’t need to come from a luxury background or have a perfect network from day one.
What you need is taste, curiosity, professionalism and the desire to understand how the industry really works. The programme gives you the structure, language, tools and confidence to begin.
The long-term vision of The Unwritten Rules is to become a premium learning and professional ecosystem for luxury travel specialists.
Choose the path that matches your experience: complete training for newcomers, focused specialisation for professionals, or private mentorship by application.
For those who are new to the travel industry or want the full journey from professional foundations to luxury travel specialisation.
For those who already understand the basics of travel, hospitality, events, concierge or client service and want to move into the luxury segment.

Private Mentorship is not a course. It is a personalised strategic container for your business direction, positioning and next steps.

The programme is shaped by first-hand experience across travel business, high-net-worth travel design and luxury brand strategy. It is built from real client situations, practical case thinking and complementary professional perspectives.
Elvyra brings more than 15 years of experience across hospitality, travel entrepreneurship, DMC operations and tailor-made travel. Her career began inside a family-run hotel project, where she was involved from the earliest stages and worked across reservations, reception, sales, administration, operations and customer service.
That foundation later led her to create Travel Solutions Ltd., a tour operator and destination management company working with individuals, groups, corporate clients, embassies, governments, hotels and international travel partners.
In recent years, Elvyra has focused increasingly on the luxury and concierge side of travel: boutique hotels, tailor-made journeys, private and corporate events, retreats, special requests and curated premium experiences. This shift gives her a practical view of where the premium travel sector is growing — and why it offers more space for creativity, stronger client relationships and higher-value business opportunities.
Alexandra brings over 15 years of experience in the travel business, with education and professional background in tourism. Based in the UK, she works internationally with high-net-worth clients, designing tailor-made travel and concierge-led experiences across the world.
Her client travel budgets typically start from £10,000 and can reach up to £500,000, giving her first-hand insight into the expectations, standards and psychology of affluent travellers.
Kira Alina began her career in banking and financial services before moving into operations and client relations at a fine art shipping startup in London. She holds an MSc in Luxury Marketing with distinction from the British School of Fashion, GCU London.
She has since specialised in luxury brand strategy, working alongside a boutique London consultancy at the forefront of ultra-luxury hospitality and providing strategic insight for high-end hospitality projects. She has also independently advised emerging fashion brands on market positioning and early-stage growth.
The future of luxury travel will not be defined by who can make bookings. It will be defined by who understands people.
If that is the professional you want to become, we would love to welcome you.
Join the priority list to receive early access, founding member pricing and the path recommendation questionnaire before public enrolment opens.
The first cohort will be intentionally small to keep the experience personal, practical and relationship-driven.
